Responds to Service Requests

Based on the details of a specific Service Request that follows the parameters of the Labor Market, Service Providers will perform desired actions. 
Providers earn pTOKEN depending on the scores provided by Service Maintainers and the balances provided by the Requester. 
Service Provider actions are gated based on Badges as determined by the Market Manager.
